David comes to Cascade after a thirty-five-year career where he filled development, management, process, and leadership roles in technology companies. He capped off his career as a coach, facilitator, and consultant for Accenture, where he helped teams and their leaders discover better ways of working together. David is also a trained and experienced Spiritual Director and a student of Spiritual Formation. His training and experience in sacred and secular spaces equip him to help churches and individuals grow in Christlikeness and ministry effectiveness.

Her work involves exploring, analyzing, and communicating quantitative insights and knowledge. As part of her role, she manages the back-end of consulting calls, and she's also proficient in Mandarin.

Danny Mullins served as a lead, associate, and worship pastor for 38 years in churches across Texas and Arizona. Danny has received spiritual direction training through Sustainable Faith’s School of Spiritual Direction, a two-year program that trains and supports spiritual directors serving in the US and worldwide. Danny is on the board of directors for Sustainable Faith and a master trainer teaching around the country. His passion is companioning leaders on an ever-deepening journey into the love of God and increasing transformation into the likeness of Christ.
